The village of Galera

The village of Galera has 2 local supermarkets, bakeries, chemist, doctor's surgery, about 5 or 6 bars and restaurants. It also has market day every Wednesday morning where you can buy all your fresh produce.

Galera is situated in an area surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife; offering peace and tranquility with nature. Within a few miles drive you can see green valleys, limestone gorges, lakes, spring fed swimming pools and forests.

In under 1.5 hours you can be swimming in the Med or exploring the incredible Alhambra Palace.

Activities include hiking, biking, horse riding, fishing and of course swimming.
